Dear Anees,
     First of all, I want apologize to you because I’m not beside on you when you want to move to new place. How are you at new place? Are you happy with new life and new family? I hope you in pink healthy.
      Last week, you had called me and talk about your problem that happen in your family. I feel so pity with you. I know how you feel when your step-mother does not like you as daughter, but you should patient to grapple on it. I know, based on your voice last week, you feel so stress and it can make you become mad because of your confusing to think what you should do to face the phenomenon at your home. Now, I will tell to you how to handle depression and I hope you will allow it to reduce your depression.
Firstly, you should sit down and list out of everything that bothering you. For this step, it can satisfy your heart because you have expressed everything on a piece of paper. Then you should think positive what will you do. To handle the problem that you have lost out on the paper, you should thing positively for it. Next, you should think about your ability to do that way to solve your problem and it also can reduce your depression.
Secondly, once you have decided to workable and you need to let go of, because you will feel more in control of your own life. You can do anything that will make you better than before and happy. You can eat lots of food to release your tension and you can cook or busy themselves with any work so can forget immediately our problems that contribute to depression. In this way, you can control your own life without things that interfere with yourself.
Lastly, you can execute any exercise such jog, dance with music or playing something with other friend. When you execute this step, you will feel free from any problem that disturbing your mind because since you do any exercise, you will get more oxygen that can help you more thinking positive and mature. You also will get more health because when you execute this step, you will be slim before this.
So, you no need to be too depressing because all problems can be solve, just need a time to solving it. So, you should be patient when you were face on with any problems. You should always think positive to avoid depression because depression is not good to our health. I hope you can understand and you can doing something for your happiness in family and also do not do something that can damage yourself.

sTreSs

             Everyone has their own style on the stress. Stress can define as mental pressure or worry caused by the problems in life. Is normal to everyone had deal with stress because it is part of life and if the stress is handled by true step, its can make ourselves will enjoyed with our life even though we had any problems. Many step that useful to our life for handling the stress in true term such arrange the schedule of our life to be in better than before this, calm ourselves when get any problem and hover ourselves to God.

        For the first step, we should know about ourselves before do something to avoid any stress in life. When we knowing ourselves in totally, we can enjoy and make new schedule that will make ourselves happy. If before this our life full with a pack schedule, we can change it based on our daily life that full with jobs and happiness. With changing our schedule, it is more arrange before that and will less our stress because we was enjoy with new life.

       We can also calm ourselves when get any problem with doing something that will make ourselves enjoyed it. For example by listening music, it can help our mind to forget about our problem in a minute or hour or to be whole day if we enjoy with the song that be played to be heard. It is also can reduce the stress in our life and can make we forget about our problem that should face it every day.

       Lastly, the step that we can use for decreasing the stress in our life is by hover ourselves to God. It can execute by prayers at midnight, help each other that needed help from themselves and chanting also remembrance to God. It’s not only can reduce our stress but it is too benefits to themselves because with doing things, it already add our reward for supply of the dead. So, we should not frustrate when get any problems caused it can contribute toward stress in our life.
         
  For those which has any stress should not attending to feeling that can damage our life. It’s not good for us because it can contribute bad impact as human. So, before doing something that bad to us, we should thinking many  times to avoid offense that will be eternal in life.

EID UL-FITRI



Eid ul-Fitri is coming soon. People are excited to celebrate that include me. Now we take fasting in Ramadhan. Not only people in Malaysia take Eid ul-Fitri, but around the world. This happen because majority in the world are islamic region that they are Muslim. 

I choose the celebration of Eid ul-Fitri because majority people in Malaysia will celebrate that with own family. Not for Malay’s people celebrate Eid ul-Fitri but all people in Malaysia such Indian’s people and Chinese’s people. For the rest that study overseas, they are celebrated Eid ul-Fitri with islamic people at there and without their own family. 

The article is about islamic religion's people known as Muslim was fasting in Ramadhan for one month and after one month they are fasting, in Syawwal they are celebrated month-long achievement which were performed for the sole purpose of pleasing and serving Allah. For the first Eid, they are eat everything such sweet snack such dates and for the children, first Eid ul-Fitri is awaited to get raya money from other adult people so that shown the Muslim is favour to other people. This article also tells about the benefits fasting toward ourselves because is to be strong human even though we tired with temporal things.

From the article, I agree about that because as human known as Muslim should have fasting to hover ourselves to Allah and it’s also to test about human patiently in ourselves. It also teach ourselves to feel that people in lurch life in this world. In Eid ul-Fitri, all Muslim in this world celebrate together with own family and go to the friend's houses also go to cousin's houses to greetings each other. This phenomenon was also happen toward people that study at overseas because all people celebrate Eid ul-Fitri is to greetings each other. We also can create the moment that is so fun and give good feedback to each other when celebrate that together. From this moment can closer ties to each other because sometimes only one times we are in whole family cohere at one place. For the rest at overseas, they can closer ties to each student at the place of their study also other Muslim’s family that they from same country.

For the conclusion that I get it from this article, everywhere we are at Malaysia, London, Eid ul-Fitri will be celebrate because it’s obligatory to each Muslim. Celebration of Eid ul-Fitri also has more benefits as closer ties to whole family and friends, greetings each Muslims and teaching patience in human. May God bless everyone during Eid ul-Fitri in Syawwal.

              Friend? Who are them?  Are an important of them toward our live?
Only friend can understand ourselves other than own family. Who close with somebody is lucky because they know all about everything. For an example, everyone have best friend and he or she that reliable knowing the friends problem, story about their life and other than that. Without friend, our life became pale because we will feel nothing in our life.
          I choose this article because its tell me about the real friendship and needed of them. The truth friend is he or she always beside on me when we feel happy and sorrow. Truth friend also help we to solve our problems that can change our personality when we has any problem. They also never  make other down and help to come up from the disaster situation. 
       Based on the article, I get functional of friend against ourselves it’s too important because without of them, our life will awesome. Friends like our parents that always care each other to make sure never one will go down and always supportive to make each other smile in 24 hours. It’s also tell about friend's heart is like child that never wrong when give supportive and help to each other because in mind set of a friend is want other friend always smile and do not want see tear from crying of a friend.
            All about the article, I was agree with that because a friends make our life colourful with laughing, advise, crying and other that. Like me, I never want look other friend go down and I always help of them to wake up from a fall that they through before this. I also asks to them never give up as long as we  can try the best things about something that we do. But, when I fall with something that never I imagine, my friends always have with me to bringing me up from the situation that will make me down very much, so that the important needed of friend in our life.
            The conclusion that can make from the article that I have choose is the true friend is always make each other smile and make we happy even though they have a problems that not settled. In the world is too hard to find a friend is true friend because each human has own characteristics that cannot predict what they will do toward ourselves.

The Power of Time

              Kring! Kring! Kring! I pick up the phone. I chit chat with my friend, she is Ika. We talk about new school that we will enter when our applying of the school are accept, these are Sekolah Menengah Teknik Sepang and Sekolah Menengah Teknik Kuantan. I pick out the phone and going out of the house. I walking by the streets and go to the shop to buy some food and continue my walking to Ika’s house. We are best friend since our age reach at eleven years old. We are from same school until our age on fourteen years old, that we should bring our own path that Ika would move to new school at Sekolah Menengah Teknik Kuantan, Pahang while I would move new school at Sekolah Menengah Teknik Sepang, Selangor. Although we bring our own path when reach fourteen years old, we still contact each other until now to avoid the broken of our friendship.
       For my journey to new school, I was chit chat with my all friends by texting message using Maxis’s connection. When I arrived at hall of the school, I enter into the hall and waiting my turn for registration of my course, it is Agrotechnology.Then I went to GB402 to get my own bed in the dorm that I would stayed when I studied at the school. For the first week at the new school, I had orientation weekly that handle by selected senior to guide our batch to knowing about the school and from there I get more and new friends. I also get new friends from my roommate dorm such Dayah, Zaty and Anees.  
       Starting from first day that I stayed at the school, I was create a lots of memory as I can. One day, in my school was created a program to unity our batch and I was join it. I felt so excited and best because all my friends are “one head” same with me. The best part of this program is when we make a BBQ and eat together simultaneously watched multimedia about our batch. After that, we was singing together and crying together because we touched with speech from our leader of my batch and because of that we starting to appreciate to each other. I also get new experience and new spirit to start new life at the school after forgiveness to each other and also get lesson from the program.
       In my dorm, we always do something together. When one of our come back from our own home, as tradition that the person will carry many food from their house and eat together and the action from Hur Ain make we laugh until stomach rupture. But not always our days through happiness, we also have badness day such Zaty and Dayah are quarrel about Anees and I because we does not eat together at dining hall. But our misunderstanding is too short because it is small matter so it does not need to be augmented. At the same time, I always make my roommate shock because when one of them touched me for wake up, on the spot I wake with my big bullet eyes.
        The moment that I cannot forget is when our hostel was attack by phenomenon of hysteria so that make certain students in the hostel was scream loudly like people to be interrupted by the ghost of hysteria. For the first time I felt so scary and Hur Ain read ayat Kursiy at my ears to avoid me from scream loudly like other students that possessed by the ghost of hysteria. The phenomenon of hysteria is happen in two days and within that day many students are possessed by scream too loudly. I still remember, our mother has settle our problem by saying we should change our mind set that nothing happen in the two days before this and its effective because after that, never happen the phenomenon of hysteria at the hostel.
        It’s all about the past memory that happen when I was fourteen years old but I still can remember it because it is part of mine life. So that its proven that although we growing up, the pass memory cannot forget and the memory was sustained in our mind and our soul forever.
